🌿 Sacred Reciprocity
☼ Volunteer ☼ Work with us ☼ Join the team ☼
At the Hawk, we don’t see events as something we “put on” for an audience.
We see our events as something we co-create together.
As Permaculture farmers, Sacred Reciprocity is a value we hold dear.
A core principle of permaculture - never take more than you give.
This principle is the backbone of our volunteer exchange program,
a way to step into the inner weave of the gathering, while giving back to the land that supports you.
This page offers a big-picture overview of how volunteering works across our events.
Each gathering is unique.
Specific roles, schedules, and needs will be shared on each event page and through direct communication with our team.

Roles and Opportunities
🛠️ Volunteer Roles
These are examples of the teams you can sign up for, and may be placed into.
Not every role is needed at every event.
Final roles are shared per gathering.
Each team will have a designated team lead! Let us know on the volunteer form if you are interested in that. If you do a great job, we'd love to hire you for future events.
